Terms & Conditions

• Clients are required to provide contact details; address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment and there will be a non-refundable £30 Booking Fee required for each appointment.

• Once an appointment has been secured, clients will be sent a medical history form to be returned previous to their appointment. All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

• ​Please provide as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we may make best use of our appointment diary.

• Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.

• Routine review appointments are offered after wrinkle reduction treatments, If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-3 weeks, no additional treatment is provided once the review period of  2-3 weeks has passed.

• New clients looking Lip dissolve, Wrinkle reduction treatments & Hyperhidrosis treatment require a consultation and assessment prior to their treatment appointment.

• The Aesthetician reserves the right to refuse treatment if at time of consultation, the client is thought to be unsuitable, or it is not in their best interests to proceed.

• We do not treat young adults under the age of 18. Please do not be offended when we ask for ID. Drivers licence or Passport accepted only.
